In 1967, Ted Murnick bought the small building he lived in. The personal knowledge of the building he had as a tenant allowed him to manage it as his home, not just an investment. Now in its second generation of leadership, Murnick Property Group continues to manage all of our properties with the understanding that every apartment is someone’s home.
